VoIP Supply Delivers Switchvox Phone System
VoIP Supply has reportedly supplied a 200+ user Switchvox phone system to Glimcher Realty Trust. This national premier real estate investment trust deployed the phone system this month.
The Switchvox phone system also features Polycom IP phones.
According to Siraj Haji, director of Information Systems at Glimcher, their recent move to an innovative new office space was an opportunity to implement the new technology, and that with the new SwitchVox phones system, they have set the foundation to integrate their data and communication network across all their properties.
Working closely with a team of VoIP Supply product specialists, Haji identified Glimcher’s communication needs.
VoIP Supply conducted a thorough needs assessment, and discussed numerous possible solutions. Based on analysis of the potential solutions, the company then proposed a solution which fit Glimcher's current needs and allowed for future growth.
Haji explained that they realized a 25 percent savings by purchasing their phone system through VoIP Supply.
Glimcher Realty Trust currently owns or manages 28 properties in 14 states. Of these 28 properties, 24 are enclosed regional or super-regional malls. Many of these are located in the country's top-growing metropolitan statistical areas.

Earlier this month, VoIP Supply sold a 200+ seat PBX phone system to Alderson-Broaddus College, located in West Virginia. This 635-student college also purchased analog gateways to connect the dorm telephones to the system, mostly for emergencies
