Mediterranean Smart Cards Company extends services to NBS Bank in Malawi
Mediterranean Smart Cards Company (MSCC) recently announced an agreement to provide smart card processing for the New Building Society (NBS), a Malawi-based bank with a network of 12 branches and 7 agencies throughout the country.
As one of the largest processing centers for smart payments in Egypt, MSCC welcomed two NBS representatives to its offices to discuss the details of entering into a partnership agreement. Discussions proved successful and resulted in an agreement between MSCC and NBS. MSCC will provide NBS, a leading bank in Malawi, with issuing and acquiring processing services for point of sale transactions and ATMs.
'We are pleased that we have been able to meet our goals of becoming the largest smart card processor in the Middle East and Africa,' said Hoda Shoukry, Managing Director of MSCC. 'MSCC is extending its services even further to the African market and our partnership with NBS is testament to our commitment and growing contributions to the region. We're sure that our association with a leading financial institution such as NBS will be mutually beneficial and lead to even greater success in the future.'
