LEGIC based IC cards and readers for China thanks to partnership with market leader Mingwah
Shenzhen Mingwah Aohan Technology Co., Ltd, one of the biggest manufacturers of IC cards in China, is a new partner of LEGIC Identsystems Ltd, the leading manufacturer of smart card technology for personal identification. The partnership will result in new contactless IC cards and readers as well as in state-of-the-art solutions for e-ticketing, social welfare cards and payment applications which will meet high demands in terms of security, flexibility and usability. The Chinese market will benefit from the combination of two well-established technologies.
Mingwah is a Chinese company specialized in the development and the production of RFID tags, smart cards, microprocessor cards and reading devices. Banking on the LEGIC advant technology, the company continues to enhance its product portfolio with one of the leading contactless smart card technologies for personal identification. The technology will be applied in identification credentials as well as in access control systems, solutions for electronic payment or multifunctional applications.
