First Contract Award for Datastrip’s Automatic Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS)
Datastrip, a world leader in biometric identity management solutions is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to supply its new Automatic Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) solution to an undisclosed African country for a major national project.
“The decision to go with Datastrip AFIS for the supply of the Biometric De-Duplication System is a significant breakthrough for the company and is the first contract award for Datastrip AFIS” stated Patrick Gilmore, Datastrip’s Vice President, National Sales.
Datastrip AFIS is being integrated as part of a Voter Registration solution being installed by Waymark InfoTech, Datastrip’s South African partner.
