Dynamic Card Solutions ensures EMV interoperability of instant issue cards
Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS), developer of CardWizard®, the leading instant issue and PIN selection software application for financial institutions, today announced that it has partnered with Collis, a provider of transaction-processing and testing services, to offer an EMV Personalization Validation Tool (Collis EMV PVT) that analyzes, verifies and validates each CardWizard software script before it is used by a DCS customer to instantly issue EMV and contactless payment cards.
EMV and contactless card issuance continues to gain traction worldwide. To ensure performance and to meet required specifications for personalization of EMV cards, DCS has recognized the need to have a professional and proper testing tool in place that thoroughly analyzes its instantly issued cards. The Collis EMV PVT is a user-friendly test tool designed to read any EMV card to validate the personalized card data and cryptography against EMVCo, Visa®, MasterCard® and JCB specifications. As a comprehensive testing tool, the Collis EMV PVT guarantees that DCS' instant issuance solution has personalized the cards according to relevant specifications before going live with an instant issue program.

DCS' CardWizard Chip software application enables financial institutions to instantly issue Visa and MasterCard products at the branch or retail point of sale. During the commissioning of a CardWizard instant issuance solution, the Collis EMV PVT provides a detailed report validating card functionality and ensuring interoperability. Once it is verified, DCS installs CardWizard Chip, along with an in-house data preparation system, that allows the financial institution to instantly issue EMV or contactless cards to consumers at each branch or retail point of sale.
